Hello Red Scare,
First off, I would like to apologize for not getting this email out earlier. Our email system is run through porches so I was unable to send out any email while porches is down. I had to go through a couple of hoops to get some of the email addresses to send out an email. With that being said, there are people not on this email list, so please spread the word! Thanks for your understanding as we had no idea that porches would be down during the time of the registration and distribution.
No Distribution Today!
Ok, So here is the situation: Porches went down on either Friday or Saturday and continues to be down. We are unable to extend the distribution, we also can’t draw the group names for the distribution without this. On top of these things, numerous people missed the deadline for registration to no fault of their own. Without this information, there can’t be a distribution today!
Pick up tickets for Wednesday’s 7:00 game vs. Fordham @ the KU box office
Tickets for the Men’s Basketball game vs. Fordham will be made available to students tomorrow (Tuesday) by 10:30 a.m. in the KU box office. You need a student ID to pick up the tickets and it will be first come first serve. We really do apologize for making it first come first serve, but given the circumstances which are out of Red Scare’s control, we thought it would be the best way to distribute tickets given our time constraint. The KU box office is open from 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. Any remaining tickets after 3:00 on Wednesday will be given to the Arena ticket office where students can pick up tickets right before the game.
Distribution for the Duquesne (Jan 26th) and St. Joseph’s (Feb 6th) game will be set up for Friday January 25th
Once porches becomes active again, we will create a distribution for the other 2 games which will be held on Friday. More details are to come, stay tuned to your email.
